any CGs near Port Jervis NY you like?

There is a campground in PA just across the river from Port Jerves. It is on the other side of I 84 from the PA welcome center. OK for an overnight. Sits below the level of I84 so some of the road sound is not bad.

We have stayed several times en route to other places at Rondout Valley CG in Accord, North of PJ on 209.

X2 Promised Land State Park is our last night stopover on our way from FL to MA.

We stay at Promised Land State Park when we travel from MD to MA to visit family. It is about 5 miles off of 84 and a lovely state park.

yes, someplace to stay overnight, a CG preferably. I'm too nervous to stay in a wally world.

We have stayed at Newburgh KOA AND found it very nice.
