....unfortunately, probably not. Looking at the seasonal standardized anomalies (CFS v2), we won't see any "spring-like" temperatures till after the end of May (with exception of
very short-lived wafts of spring-like temps!). IMO, Wisconsin, northern Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Ohio will be very noticeably cold
er up till end of May (as will southern Ontario and Quebec). Have you seen the Great Lakes ice coverage this winter? Unbelievable (close to an astounding 81%) ! I wouldn't even be surprised by a bit of snow in these regions as late as 1st week of June (but the snow will melt fast). Precipitation above normal for May/June? No idea!
