For me it's a nice place to 'visit'.
But not for a snowbird destination. I saved for my retirement so money is no object but IMHO the CG rates are just way overpriced for what they offer compared to other popular winter destinations.
I just can't see throwing that kind of money on a CG. And for me I choose not to stay where the air quality is poor and earthquakes happen. Just saying. :W
