Anyone been to Emma Wood State Beach Near Ventura CA?

Hi, We have a reservation for 2 nights at Emma Wood State Beach near Ventura CA. This is a beach basic dry camp. We understand this. What we don't know is if they have a dump station close by...

Another question. It looks like Emma Wood reservations are closed after Labor Day in September.

We really like to camp over the Thanksgiving holidays.

If we camp at Thanksgiving then...

1) What are the chances of getting a first come first served spot

2) How quiet is it? We don't want to be in a very quite place with all the homeless people around
