Davidson River has a spot where you can fill your fresh water when you first pull in - and there are several common spigots on each loop (if you bring enough hose, you can refill from these if needed - we never need to). The temps in the hottest of summer hardly ever get to 80 - and it gets low 60's at night. You don't need A/C, so as long as you can go without the microwave also, you don't need 110.
