Anyone Remember Sherwood Forest CG in Myrtle Beach?

Hello, folks, My wife has fond memories of camping as a child at Sherwood Forest campground at Myrtle Beach, SC. This was 30+ years ago, and the campground obviously does not exist anymore. I figur...

Sure do! Our first camping trip to MB was in 1974. Stayed the Holiday Inn Travel Park which is now North Myrtle Beach Travel Park. Terryallan I believe is right. There used to be a little Mom and Pop parts place that used to sit in front of Pondersa CG. Had all the parts and were very friendly. If memory serves me correctly a plane crashed into that resort where Sherwood Forest used to be a couple of years ago. Something happened when it was approaching the NMB airport.
