Anyplace the weather is cool right now??
We are in FL an need some relief from the oppressive heat in August. Usually we head up to north GA/NC area, would like to go somewhere different any ideas?? TIA!

A little trip in Glacier National Park (BC) at the end of July. Natures A/C keeps you cool at night.
Illeceliweat Glacier, Glacier NP. BC. Bring your woolie underwear at night in July/August. The coolest place around.
Dave- Kinda far, but we just left Jackson WY. It was chilly at times, and definitely not hot. We're from FL, too, so enjoyed the Wyoming weather.

BOL,- Had frost on the 4Runner windows a couple of mornings last week in Silverton, CO. Dropped into the upper 30's every night. Got all the way up to the low 70's a couple of days, but just into the 60's higher up. Yet the wild flowers were at their peak. Just beautiful.

- It is going to be in the mid 40's overnight tonight here in Alaska. Would be a long drive for you though!
- High of 72, lows in the low 50's here on the Washington State coast.

We are up near Bar Harbor, Maine---- mid 70's to low 80's during the day low 60's at night- Blowing rock nc has highs in the 70s and lows in the 50s for the next couple of weeks.
