Hi We are family of 4 from the UK planning our first RV trip across the USA...from New York to San Fransico. The trip will be 19 nights in total and 4000 miles. First night in the RV is 14th April...

Got me looking at what we will do in those same 19 days on our itinerary of Maryland to Alaska. We will get as far as Great Falls, Montana. Most every one of those days will be travel days with single night stopovers. Nothing much in the way of sightseeing. A bit over 2500 miles.
