No need for reservations after Easter in most parts of FL. This applies to both SP and private. You may have to hunt around a little, but you'll be OK. Try Camp N Water in Homossasa. I just spoke with them yesterday and they have plenty of spots open for that time.
Avoid the spring break type destinations, which primarily applies to Destin, Panama City (panhandle) and Daytona, Crecsent, St. Augstine, and many other scattered places up and down the east coast. There's nowhere along the gulf coast south of Tallahassee that is even remotely a spring break hot spot.
