Arizona for our first winter south suggestions please

The wife and I decided that if we go south for our first winter away from Wisconsin our destination would be Arizona. Since we have never done this before do you think it is practical to find maybe f...

Benson is 40 miles east of Tucson. Lots to see in the area. A little cooler in Jan but still way better than WI. We've stayed at Cochese Terrace the last 3 Winters. A very nice newer park. Next year we're moving on. At this point we saw what we wanted to see and it's time for a change. That's why we have wheels.
