Ok, so we asked about the Tucson area, what about other parts of the state? We would like to keep our monthly lot rent under 700 bucks. Thanks!!!!

In Yuma, the Foothills section of the county has hundreds of private lots for seasonal rent....usually 60'x120' plus/minus, mostly fenced and gated, gravel pads, sometimes some concrete, sometimes the lot contains a Casita, landscaped, paved streets... all lots are designed for 2 FHU RV's to share the space. Water, power, sewer, and garbage service is usually provided. Price range is $300+, depending on area and amenities. If you don't like the cramped conditions of the average RV park, don't want/need the usual park amenities, then these lots are perfect.
