In your other thread, I posted about the West Valley(of Phoenix). There are hundreds of parks from Mesa East to Gold Canyon. Most of the larger ones have lots of amenities. Mesa ones are all in a metro area, Apache Junction is what I call rustic, and Gold Canyon is "out of the city" with local grocery and drug store, and everything else is just back on Highway 60 a few miles. The Arizonian RV Park is out five fives further and people ride their quads into the desert right from the park.
Canyon Vistas RV Resort in Gold Canyon has been our winter home for 5 years. Desert on two sides, nice clean park with lots of western dancing, parties several times a week etc etc.
www.cal-am.com Cal-Am's fall special is a real bargain! 3 plus months plus dinners and parties for $795 total. Monthly rates vary by length of stay, however are South of $600.
