Ok, so we asked about the Tucson area, what about other parts of the state? We would like to keep our monthly lot rent under 700 bucks. Thanks!!!!

Joe....what interests you ? Do you like to walk, hike, bike, boat, fish, golf, loaf ? Do you like the community atmosphere of an RV Park ? Do you partake in Pot Luck dinners ? Bingo ? Or do you like your privacy and care little for RV Park amenities.
Yuma has something for everyone, from low end RV parks, upscale RV parks, private RV lots with full hookups from about $300/month, to boondocking on BLM land for little or no cost.
There is a free Air show at the Marine Corp Air Base, there is a Custom Car show, there is a Tamale Festival, Lettuce Festival, Senior Games, lots of community based Snowbird activities.
As for crowds, yeah there are a lot of snowbirds here, but the only way to figure out if they are too much for you.....is to give it a try.

And yes, I am a fulltimer who also owns property in Yuma.
