Ok, so we asked about the Tucson area, what about other parts of the state? We would like to keep our monthly lot rent under 700 bucks. Thanks!!!!

ELS = Equity Life Styles. They are one of or maybe the largest RV Resorts/Campground Park owners in the USA. Our park used to be called Desert Vista RV Park. It is now Desert Vista KOA. Desert Palms has many serious issues going on also. Their occupancy rate is way down; so is ours. Several repeat campers are not returning this year. They are changing the rules and the campers are not happy. The golf course that use to be associated with them is one large unmaintained weed/cactus patch. It is reverting back to desert.
