We did the route from Alpine to Clifton 'accidently' with our 40' motorhome towing the Jeep. :E
We could not find a place to turn around so we kept going. Luckily it was in October and only one vehicle passed in the opposite direction. It was quite an experience and after that we purchased the 'Mountain Directory for Truckers and RVers'. :) We love mountain driving, including CO 550 'Million Dollar Highway', but Hwy 191 was a bit much for us.
