Asthma in Arizona

We were south of Tucson for November and December, and now are in Casa Grande.

My December was horrible. It started with a bad cold. Then sinus infection, and now some type of asthma that isn’t responding to a rescue inhaler. Every day I have some episodes. I have a doctor appointment tomorrow.

Anyway, has anyone here ever had a similar experience out here? Prior to this I have never had anything like this. At this point I am hoping it’s asthma and not something worse.

I could have bronchitis, I suppose. What happens to you, when you get it?
  • There is a condition called Valley Fever. My wife and I had bad colds there a couple of years ago and when we visited the urgent care doctor he asked if we had been out in dust, etc. He himself had Valley Fever and suspected he got it after being caught in a dust storm while 4 wheeling. It turned out we didn’t have it but I guess it can be uncomfortable.
