All the KOA's we have stayed in have been at the very least acceptable to us. Not a bad one. Of course we are selective. And all the staff have been very friendly.
Unfortunately coming in at nearly midnight was one of your issues. Although you might not could of avoided it, but if you could of been there say 4 or 5 hours earlier, you might could of gotten another sight without the branch issues and the blocked site. As far as the other guy coming in later than you and plugging into your pedestal, he could of been part of your problem. I would of unplugged his cord.
