Badlands, and wind cave S. Dakota that bad?
yahoo travel did a recent article on the 5 worst National Parks. Badlands, and Wind Cave were both on the list. As we are planning a trip to S. Dakota in June/July, I was wondering if any of you agree...

Granted, Badlands is no Yellowstone, Glacier or Tetons, but I fail to see the "Bad" in this,(except in the name)

Just natural beauty, if you're looking for pools, 5 star restaurants, theme parks, (which the author of the article probably is)this isn't it.
As far as Wind Cave, we found it fairly nice, like most caves, not as good as some, better than others, but certainly not BAD, although we thought Jewel Cave was the better of the two.
We usually disregard Most of these type articles, as the rater in many cases has an axe to grind for some reason, or is trying to compare apples to oranges & trying to convince the rest of the world that they are correct. You can only judge for yourself, me, I would go (& did)but you need decide for you.
