Beach front camping on East Coast?

I was looking for Beach front camping on the east coast. Not state parks but rather nice family campgrounds with amenities. I have done Myrtle Beach (Pirate Land and Ocean Lakes) and recently did OuterBanks (Camp Hatteras). Any idea for my next family vacation? My wife likes the campgrounds that are ocean front. I was also thinking maybe lake fronts as well.

    You have pretty much covered the true Ocean front campgrounds already. There are a few more STATE PARK options which you are not requesting.

    Camp Hatteras on the Outer Banks is nice. Expensive but you can get a spot right on the other side of the dune from the beach.

    We usually do Myrtle Beach Travel Park every year... Lots of things for the kids to do , and it is 3-in-1... beach front...lake front... wooded... whatever floats your boat...

    OR if you want to go towards Delaware.. check out Delaware State Seashore Park Campground... It's on the inlet about 1/4 mile walk to the ocean ( via pathway) ... very nice place with Full Hooks ups including 50 amp service...
