The Florida peninsula west coast has little access to the beach. The east coast is better with several state parks and Jetty Park. The panhandle has a number of possibilities with several state parks. I'm not sure about commercial parks, all the beach access state parks are tough to get into year round, so check out the Florida State Parks website and make reservations now if possible. Alabama I am less familiar with but there is Gulfshores and probably more around there.
