You might like North Beach Camp Resort just north of St. Augustine. Lots of stuff to do on a 4 day stay. The beach is just across the street, and the inter-coastal is behind, along with some great restaurants. You could park and ride the trolley tour through St Augustine, getting on and off where you want.
