hunter_rv... how quiet is your Honda 7000? Is the Honda 2000 (great generator, by the way - you want the EU model, the quiet one) really that much more fuel efficient? For the cost of another generator, that could buy a lot of gallons of gas.

For a quick, easy solution I would say get the second smaller generator. If you are planning on doing this for awhile, certainly look at solar and larger batteries.
