There ya go ... it looks like the noisey diesel guys have done it to us ultra-quiet-idling Ford V10 RV owners. :(
I was counting on that as my final solution for quiet battery charging in the super beautiful spots where no-generators-at-all are typically located. I refuse to be forced into solar charging and the camping in the sun that it requires ... including the UV damage that goes along with it.
The only thing left before the rule-makers get "wise" and clamp down on it, too, is this way to charge RV batteries that even the hyper-green tenters cannot detect in your RV if you keep it in a compartment out of sight:
