Not full timers but our 85 watt solar panel keeps our battery charged very well.
Even when used in sometimes shady Washington state.

Summertime no furnace use helps of course. Yet we did a 4 month trip starting in February this year. Only used our small 1000 Watt Yamaha once in the 4 months.
Of course we generally move the truck every day. Boondocked two or three of the 4 months.
We do watch a DVD movie and listen to our radio most every day.
Our small 85 watt solar panel has been the best thing I've added to our camper.
Just needs cleaning on occasion. Easy to do from the exit vent above the cabover bed.
