Trents Lobster Pound.
It's Trenton Lobster Pound, not Trents. They also have a Lobster & BBQ Pit restaurant just outside Ellsworth on Rt. 3. Excellent food.
Many of the campgrounds do lobster bakes right there.
Blaze in downtown Bar Harbor wood-grills their lobster and from what my guys tell me (I don't eat lobster) it is the BEST. There are 4 ways (maybe more) lobster can be cooked: boiled, steamed, wood-grilled and cooked in the ground (steamed w/seaweed). Most restaurants boil it but that can take out some of the flavor. Everyone has their own preference to how it's cooked.
