Allow me to rephrase: I can't find those inverters for $400
The Xantrex ProWatt listed above is under $400. The others I listed all show up in the $400 range on Amazon.com. Are these all garbage? There sure seem to be a lot of folks using them without any issues. Why would they not be considered any good just because they don't cost over $2000 when they are doing the job? Do they start mysteriously blowing up appliances after 6 months?
