Even though I would probably not be allowed in (20 year old Foretravel with a 1999 Jeep Wrangler Towed) I could work with the guy. He did discuss it and gave an upfront answer. It actually looks like a nice park without permanent residents who may (or may not) be looking for their next wad of drug money.
We were not much impressed by AZ RV parks in general (and Yuma RV parks in particular) when we found ourselves unable to stay due to having two children under 21; both of whom had to be supervised any time they were out of the 5th wheel. At least this guy takes pets. But I bet not kids.
I'd rather boondock.
