Where is the best place to snowbird when you want to kayak and ride bicycle on paved trails. We are currently wintering in the RGV of Texas.

We used to enjoy riding the many miles of paved trails in the Bentsen Palm area of the RGV. We no longer kayak so can't help with that.
The past few winters we have been in Florida and there are many miles of paved trails around the state. Also good kayaking around the Crystal Springs area on the Gulf Coast
and Ocala areas.
