I've never been to Big Bend, but it sounds typical of the private CGs on the river--facilities a little rustic, but acceptable for a weekend stay playing in the river.
Enjoy your river trip! The Rifle is a very scenic river and makes for a pleasant float, but it will be crowded on the weekends.
