Big Rock & Paul Wolff Campgrounds in Illinois

It is our understanding for both these forest preserve campgrounds (Big Rock Forest Preserve and Burnidge Forest Preserve) the Preserves close at dusk. Anybody know FOR SURE if campers staying in either of these campgrounds can return to their site after closing? We are coming from the West Coast and will be doing a lot of exploring. Having a restriction of getting back to camp before dusk is a deal breaker.

    We live 10 minutes from Burnidge and camp there often, dh will leave at 5am to go to work and we have returned well after 10pm. Never had a problem coming or going.

    Haven't been to Big Rock yet but Burnidge (Paul Wolff) is very clean and well kept.
