That is indeed a beautiful area and a very nice campground. The Leatherwood Ford area is a great spot for spring wildflowers.

Blue Heron campground on the north end of BSF is also very nice.
Pickett State Park in TN nearby is worth a trip, but the campground is not as nice as the BSF campgrounds.
Alvin C. York SP near Pall Mall is a very nice and interesting day use park, also.
