The nicest RV park in Biloxi is Majestic Oaks, but it is not at a casino, but not far. In Bay St Louis, The Hollywood has an excellent RV park, which is walking distance to their casino. The Silver Slipper Casino is off the beaten path, and their RV park is adjacent.

Stayed at Hollywood in Bay St. Louis once and was very satisfied. Shuttle service from CG to casino and was given a coupon upon check-in for buy one get one dinner buffet. We were just overnight there.

Bay St. Louis is a long way away from the bulk of the Casinos. If your purpose is to visit the Hollywood Casino, great choice. If you have a towed vehicle and don't mind a 30 minute or so drive along the Gulf Coast to get to the other Casinos, great choice. If you want to be minutes from the heart of the action, a private park closer in will be a better choice. Do some research into any events happening the week you are going. One year I caught a spring break event that has many derogatory names, none of which can be written on these forums. The Casino was fine, but everyone there warned the guests to not leave the property. The event has such a bad reputation, even the beach vendors lock up, move out all their inventory and get the heck out of Dodge.
To be fair, I was there another year and caught a big break. Penthouse was conducting their "Pet of the Year" celebration. Men didn't have to be warned not to Casino that year.

Our favorite casino near Biloxi is Island View in Gulfport MS. Best comps in my opinion. A new (not fancy) RV park nearby is Gulf Haven. Across the 4 lane road from the beach and shuttle service from the RV park to the casino. Easy drive to other Biloxi casinos. Island View also has RV boondock parking across the street from the casino. Look it up on googlemaps satellite view and you can see the parking lot. Weekends might be a problem getting a spot in the parking lot. 3300 West Beach Blvd, Gulfport, MS.

X 2 on majestic oaks, nice clean friendly , if you have a toad no problem. They were having free lunch on noon saturdays when we stayed as a meet and greet.

I agree with Hollywood Casino. Good campground and shuttle to the casino.

BTW, I almost forgot, the Silver SLipper is the only casino with Funnel Cakes on the buffet.
