We were in Bisbee last year and thoroughly enjoyed their Mining Museum. It is located in an old brick Victorian building that was a copper mining company headquarters. It has several outstanding exhibits designed by the Smithsonian Institution and really gives you a feel for what the town was like during its heyday. The steep, winding streets are not much different than a number of other mountain mining towns, but are very different than open, flat Tombstone.
For me, Bisbee seems like a real town, Tombstone is just a tourist trap. But, fortunately, not everyone likes the same things.
