BLM considering restrictions on dispersed camping in Utah

It's what I call the Mobile Hobo thing or Ebeggars. Everyone thinks they can make YT videos, get Patreon and Adsense money and live for free. Think of your neighbors boring vacation videos only they're even more boring. I'm talking people of your typical working age. Often they have been fulltimers for less than two years and feel others are noobies and not them. They get their expert advice from other youtubers. I could rant about this for a solid 15 minutes. There's this one blowhard ebeggar who is always whining about places he enjoyed for free that are now shut down. He too dense to realize he's part of the problem.
