Bluewater rv resort, florida keys

I'd say yes to floating and cocktails, depending on how much wind is occurring. You'll see.

Mangrove snapper is good eating. No season that I'm aware of, but there is a size limit.

The first time we were there, I noted a juvenile barracuda hanging out by our dock. It took a good bit of patience, but I was able to catch him with live bait. Threw him back to grow bigger and give someone else a thrill.

To be honest, there are better places to fish than BWK, but the fact is you can fish there and occasionally get lucky.

You can swim right off your dock area. There isn't a lot of deep water there, but the areas around the docks are dredged enough for smaller boats. Otherwise, there are flats that you can probably wade on, but you'll need foot protection.

I've only been there in the winter time around the holidays, but was able to catch small mangrove snapper off my dock.

Not really any decent places to swim in the bay... stick to the pool.

Yes, you can fish there. You may get mostly small stuff- mangrove snapper, grunts ,etc.

I believe there is no beachy area and lots of sharp coral. I think swimming is not possible there.

Prices posted here are about the same I paid in 2004 there.

Such decisions to make, we want to make our reservations early so we dont get locked out. but .net only have a few bay front sites for back in 5th wheels, and .com will not take reservations untill March 2016, what to do
