- westernrvparkowExplorerI am not sure I would spend a day in Blythe if George and John were brought back to life and the Beatles reunited for one show only.
- Carl_n_SusanNomad IIBut for the thousands camping at Quartzsite, AZ you are only 17 miles away.
- azdryheatExplorerBlythe is a dump, I can't picture anything worthwhile happening there. This festival would be a first.
- Charles2222ExplorerIf you are a BlueGrass fan.Been a few years,2003 2006 and last time 2011.Didn,t go to see Blythe. Was going back in. 2012 but life (not wife didn’t,have one)had other plans.would go agian if possible. My 2 cents. The next Saturday I went to Yuma for a one day show

Is anyone going in January 2019 to this festival? Good time? Worth drive from Palm springs?
Was but couldnt fine a spot in any of the RV parks - buckyExplorer IIWhy would George, John, Paul, and Ringo be at a bluegrass festival anyway? Unless they were there to learn something :).
- ppineExplorer IIBlythe is a pretty good place to launch a canoe and paddle to Yuma.
- AvaExplorerWe went last year and had a good time. Met up with friends that had been there before. We booked ahead to get a spot inside the grounds. Bluegrass music is not everyone’s taste but the performers were very good. Dry camping there so be prepared.
- MarkieBobExplorerThere's a passport america park on the river there. I think it's called hidden beaches. Anyone been there? Spots available--I haven't checked yet.
