Seriously? Did you even watch the video? I didn't see any concerned citizens in their glee over their manhood at being able to push over a rock. Concerned about a small child about to be hurt?
From what I saw, it took a pretty large child quite a bit of effort to push the thing over. If they were really concerned, perhaps they should have found a park ranger (assuming they were not on shutdown), report the concern and perhaps a barricade could have been put around it.
What I saw was no different from taggers in the big city. Punks who have no respect for anything.
What a difference a day makes, eh?
Yesterday they were so funny they posted themselves online- but now that the fur's flying they're Concerned Citizens!
