Some of the scout troops we had in the campgrounds where we were hosts we the worst offenders of the rules. Especially the "put out your fire" rule. They would leave the campground - no one within miles of the site and leave a fire burning. Couldn't believe they didn't teach the kids that basic rule of the forest.
