Yep, and the parents would've sued the park for not being safe. And we the taxpayers would be the ones paying for it.

Just about a month ago people were upset when a whole family died in a rock slide.

This is not a Theme park. People fall at the Grand Canyon going around the fence. People fall at waterfalls in Yosemite despite signs. Yellowstone people dive into a pool of boiling hot water despite signs. People try and pet Wild bears and walk up to other Wildlife with Ill results. Personally I think they made up the story after they got caught.
