Billions of years in formation and some smuck has to flex. Consequences need to be meted out.
The Ranger said there has NEVER been an incident of the mushroom formation boulders, which are a major attraction for visitors, toppling over and injury anyone.
As others have said.. their LAME excuse was just the frosting on the MORON CAKE. They are not sterling examples for our youth... they need to face a memorable consequence. I saw the video.. they hardly looked concerned about anything besides malicious mischief.
