We are flying to Branson for 10 days at the end of April. Not a camping trip; staying in a condo. Aside from all the shows, etc. we are seeking info on scenic drives to day trips within a few hours...

Route 65 & 7 south is very scenic. About an hour to Jasper in the Buffalo River area. Just a little further is the Arkansas Grand Canyon. Google it. Scenic.
Cassville, MO is the location of Roaring River SP a trout park. It is about an hour West of Branson.
The College of the Ozarks near Branson is supposed to be interesting.
Table Rock SP is near Branson. There is a nice blacktop walking path along the lake from the marina to the Dam.
