Branson
We are planning going to Branson the first of June for 5 days and would like advice regarding your recommendation on a campground. In your opinion would you rate your experience a 5star experience?

- We love Tablerock State Park. We prefer campground #2 sites 226-230-232. Other sites are ok too.8 miles to Silver Dollar City and 4 miles to town. These sites are nice and long and plenty wide with full hook ups.
- We also would recommend the KOA. Easy access to the shows. We were there with a caravan in 2010 and found the people very friendly and co-operative. The terraced sites were not all that large but adequate.
JM2CW - Can't say I have ever stayed at any RV park that I would rate 5 stars. Not that I stay in low class places, just none that I would rate that high. And if I did find one like that, I probably would not pay the price to stay there.
Having said that, we stayed at the KOA just off the main strip in Branson and will stay there again. They have several levels of sites ranging from small back-ins to large pull thrus with patio, outdoor furniture, and fireplaces with prices rising accordingly. Convenient to most shows on the strip and near the yellow route to bypass traffic on the strip.
