I stayed at that campground quite a few years ago and it was a dump! There were many permanent campers living there with trash and all kinds of stuff around their trailers. How they got the KOA franchise is beyond me. We would never stay there again even if we had to travel a lot longer or be farther away from the people we were going to visit in the area. I think my advice would be to let things go. You could always refund the other member from your own funds just to make him and you feel better. I think that is what I would do. Good luck.
