I'm not sure how we got from having 4 dogs to being uh-American, but I'll wager rules are broken every day by the holier-than-tho posters. Have you ever actually slowed down to 20 mph in a school zone unless you knew a cop was watching? 25 is close enough. Well, maybe 30 is ok. Well, at least I slowed down.
If your moral code allows you to lie on a campground registration form, then check in with how ever many dogs you care to claim. If someone complains, buck up and move on.
Isn't that what it really comes down to? Your own personal moral code or ethics. Doesn't matter what others say, people are going to do what they feel justified in doing. In that case, it comes down to taking the consequences of your actions.
