This works everywhere and every time
Get a USA credit card from your Canadian bank and have them use a USA address for that card and tell them that you want paperless billing. Use one of the RV resorts where you will stay as an address. We have travelled from coast to coast for years and no problem.
Another solution is get a flying J RV loyalty card and register it with your canadian address, their system will not ask for a zip code once it reads your loyalty card
