'seriously' rethink using OSB as firewood around your family, or anywhere for that matter.
Phenol-Formaldehyde, resins, etc. All deemed carcinogenic and released when burned.
Think pallets.
Your local grocery store/box store will GIVE them to you for free. Perfect little 2x2 or 2x4 boards of kiln dried seasoned OAK. All you have to do is pull them off the frame and cut to length.
I heated a 4,000 sq ft home one winter using just those oak pallet boards.:B
