Coloma is a ways from Lake Tahoe off of HWY 50, 1 1/2 hours west of South Lake Tahoe. Its a nice area however a long drive back to Tahoe if that is your destination. If your next destination is west or south that could work.

Location is great with direct access to the lake. Good beach, para-sailing, kayaks, etc.

Camp Richardson -
Limited RV spots, access to nice beach, boats, kayaks, horse back riding,
