How much time will you be spending in your RV? If you'll be visiting mostly with family at their house, I'd go with the closest, in this case, Wekiva Falls in Sanford, FL. You'll only be about 35 minutes from Winter Park if you take the Central Florida Greeneway.
Umatilla and Orange City are both about an hour's drive in heavy traffic to and from Winter Park which is located in the middle of the Orlando metroplex. It's worth it if family will spend most of the time at the campground and you want an upscale resort experience. If you only want a crash pad at night, go with a Sanford or even an Apopka campground.
