Campground availability near Arches and Grand Canyon

We are planning a trip to Arizona and Utah around the end of June through part of July. Are campgrounds available during the summer? We would like to find a campground and stay put for several days ...

For the Grand Canyon you might take a look at Ten X; that's outside the park and it's USFS.

For Arches we like Wind Whistle a BLM about 30 miles away. There are quite a few closer in.
You can kind of get an idea by looking at the CG's that are on the receration.gov reservation system.
