Since you specified Port Townsend area and not upper peninsula, I would suggest calling Point Hudson RV Park there. We usually stay there when visiting P.T several times of the year, except for the 4th of July and stay at Worden so we can be under the fireworks.
Point Hudson is within easy walking distance yo downtown and all the great shops and excellent places to eat.
There is also a great Wed and Sat farmers market uptown. Stay away from the food co-op as it is quite expensive and they can be kinda snobbish. Durn old hippies.:B
